FireRay 5000
FireRay 5000 Linear Smoke Detector
The FireRay 5000 is a motorized, linear smoke detector with automatic alignment and optical rays. The FireRay 5000 consists of an infrared transmitter and an infrared receiver within the same device. It works by conducting a clearly distinguished ray to a reflective prism. If the ray meets smoke, a decrease in performance is recorded and an alarm signal is triggered as when this drops below a pre-programed threshold. As soon as the laser is used to roughly align the ray, the auto-align takes over to move the ray into the optimal position. This is an ideal solution for the protection of wide areas in which the use of standard detector technology would pose significant costs. PN: 908458
